St. Gregory’s is a congregation composed almost entirely of converts. We have come to Orthodoxy from many different backgrounds (Roman Catholic, Episcopalian, Baptist, Lutheran, Buddhist, Mormon…). Each one of us has come to the Orthodox Church searching for a place where we may grow in our knowledge and love of God. In Orthodoxy we have found the Church, and with it we have found truth, nourishment and healing. Below you will find the conversion stories of some of our members (most were written for our tenth anniversary celebration in 2006).
